That nanny job sounds good for you, Katie.
We know a girl about your age who nannies 3 days a week and takes her 2 year old with her. She has been with the family for a couple years, I think. She likes it a lot because it's extra income for them without her being away from their son.
Other that being alone at 1AM, which is bad enough, video stores are just packed full or smut that you'd have to look at all the time. I wouldn't want to work in one for that reason alone.

i've also heard wonderful reviews about the new superman, so maybe we'll go see it. the rave reviews were from Christians, so, that's better than the regular kind of rave review.

Homemade cookie business would be good. $20 a dozen is crazy- that's probably 3000% return.
To change the subject again, microwaves scare me sometimes. We just had pot pies for lunch, and the oven instructions say cook for 35-40 minutes, but microwave it and it’s done in 5-7 minutes. Something just ain’t right there.
Have you ever actually READ a microwave manual?
It actually says to not stand directly in front of a microwave while in use, or within so many feet at all!! Has to make you think about things.

Yeah it is. We didn’t buy a microwave again after moving to WA for those reasons. Something just isn’t right there when you can zap it and cook it in 1/8 of the time. We have a toaster oven to reheat things, which uses less electricity than firing up the big oven, and keeps things natural.
