Hezbollah has been on the US State Departments list of terrorist organizations for a long time and have claimed responsibility for some big attacks over the last 10 years. They are just now being thrown into the lime light, like Al Quida did with 9/11. Al Quida wasn't a household name until 9/11 either.
I totally, totally support Israel going into Lebanon and clearing out Hezbollah, but I have to say I’m starting to not like the news of them bombing all these suburbs in Lebanon and innocent people getting killed. The last number I saw said 300.
I agree that countries that let terrorist hang out, and very well know about it, get some of the wrath also. It’s the same premise Bush used to take the Taliban out in Afghanistan, and I was behind it 100%. I was glad to hear Israel is doing leafleting before the bombing raids, it’s just sad to hear of so many dieing that may not have anything to do with the conflict.
I, in no way, want to stir anti-Israel feelings. I desire for peace over there, and Israel’s enemies to be wiped out. Maybe it’s just mercy in me wanting to hold out when it’s now time for battle and the Lord’s judgment to come.

Cool Katie. Congrats on the job. Sounds like a good time in Galveston and the zoo. I really like zoos.
Seagulls are crazy when they’re after food. We almost got for real attacked by a whole flock on our honeymoon in Florida. I threw some Ritz crackers to a couple of them, then about 40 all the sudden showed up. I ran out of crackers, and they all followed me back to our beach chairs. They we on the beach all around us, and hovering over me, and all squawking. It was pretty funny.
Man, having a baby really increases the way you FEEL about abortion and related things. I read a news story on our local paper’s web site on Monday. It was about a couple hours old baby found in a trash bag, thrown inside the fence of a drainage retention pond. Praise God, the baby didn’t role into the water and also landed on its back. A woman that was two weeks from her due date with her first child heard the baby crying, and her husband rescued the boy, umbilical cord still attached.
When reading this, I’m thinking about Keith, and on the verge of tears. I feel the same way as Rob, I would gladly adopt any child that was going to be abandoned or aborted. These little lives are so precious.
We have decided on a time and day for the mom's group. It will be Mondays at 10:00 am. The first meeting is August 7. We will have childcare, so bring the children and come enjoy some adult conversation with other mothers. We are all in the trenches serving together. We may even have some verterans stop in every now and then to inspire us to fight the good fight.
Pass the word. We are open to any mother of young children.
even if this guy looked at you weird and said it was only a philosophical discussion, YOUR words were heard......
If it is REAL it will penetrate his heart and he will remember your words.
They will either convict him and he will talk her into keeping the baby, or they will minister to him and you will have another child to raise and increase the Clark household.
Either way, it was an awesome thing that you did........YOU saved a LIFE....!
I am VERY proud of you.
You spoke life into a dark situation and GOD will use that.

On a side note, there is a whole lot of Boeing made fighter jets and choppers over there raining fire on Hezbollah. Makes me proud to work here!

we're goona eat beens and weenies! a long time fave that we never eat!
ola...
i'm coming in here kind of after the conversation
and i always feel bad about regular citizens who get the brunt of war
but i just thought about it that when God sent the israelites to war in the Bible, it was the same--everybody got it.
i don't really understand war though. i just remember that.

Well, I’ve seen it all now, a toilet paper holder iPod dock for your bathroom, complete with water proof speakers.
Some of us don't need extra music while were in there, we can make our own.
What do you mean? I can whistle and bee dop really good.
Actually TMI is what causes you to be there,
To Much Inflammation

I’ve read abandonment stories before and thought about how bad it is, but after having Keith, I’m really moved emotionally in a different way.
