R2 got a big boy haircut yesterday... sigh. I think he likes it a lot. He looks in the mirror and dances.

I received this email yesterday from someone I'll call "Leah"...

"I called mom and asked for some peach cobbler. We got it last night...HaHa!"

now, it's probably too far back for you to remember, but a really long long time ago I expressed a desire for peach cobbler... which never materialized... and I would have just sucked it up and saved the pain for Dr Phil, but this email....

Georgia said...

Dang! Ive never been threatened that bad these whole weeks on the blog.

jess said...

daddy used to say..." you wanna fork in that hand?"

Georgia said...

I remember that.

He also used to say
The early bird gets the worm.

Georgia said...

Besides, do you have any catfish?

jess said...

he never shared... and I don't either. r2 comes and watches me eat and says to himself "this is mommy's food..." then wanders to the table to find his food

jess said...

no catfish. no nada.

Georgia said...

He didnt share. Do you remember how if he had something and wasnt going to share it, he would gloat about how good it was and stick his spoon in mouth face saying mmmmm.....

Georgia said...

Awww... that's sad. You can have some.
Mom is making two when she finds her salt mine.

jess said...

jess said...

yeah.. strange place for a peach cobbler. if leah goes into labor today maybe she'll have bandits that come and raid her fridge...

Georgia said...

That picture makes your comments seem sad.

jess said...

YAY time for breakfast! see ya

Georgia said...

Sounds like a good idea to me. You got your bandit mask ready?

jess said...

hee hee .... if you feel sad, why'ntya fry me up some catfish?

Georgia said...

I like that picture. It is very artistic.

Georgia said...

HA! caught you! false sorrow!

Georgia said...

yeah, breakfast time. I've already been to my water aerobics class this morning. 7-8 am. I'm going to breakfast now. Something very unsugary and not very appealing at all.

Note: My vain comment yesterday was intended to draw attention to my modified profile picture. It seems to have been ignored simply as a vain comment. - RC

I saw three cities that were key for prayer this year: New Orleans, Houston, and Los Angeles. Therefore, I visited all three cities earlier this year to pray, speak, and encourage the Body.

On February 20, 2005, I spoke in Houston. Here is a portion of the word that came forth:

"Houston is a target for the enemy because you are a great city, a great port, a great city for revival, and a great city for commerce. You are like Tyre in the Bible. There is a crisis coming toward Houston that will move the city into a different dimension of God's presence."

And the Lord said to me, "Houston is going to be a place where My angels are flooding in this year. They are going to flood in and come in through every gate this year. My angels are coming in through the port areas of Houston. Go to every port point this year and invite the angelic forces in. If you will do that over the next ten months, you will see change by the end of the year, all across the city. I am ready for the angels to come in. I have chosen Houston as the port city where I will rest My presence, in the midst of a strange happening in this nation. I will cause My presence to be established in this city. I will cause enemies of My Spirit, who have resisted My presence in the past, to welcome My presence this year."

Georgia said...

I'll give up my cobbler for angels to flood the city anyday.
Do I have to see them?

SCAWWWWYYYY

Georgia said...

Do you think angels joke?

Georgia said...

What would be an angel joke.

An angel walked into a bar and said "Ow!"

Georgia said...

Bether,

What does this mean?
I will cause enemies of My Spirit, who have resisted My presence in the past, to welcome My presence this year."

jess said...

Josh said...

Did someone ask for angel jokes?

What is an angels favorite font? Seraph!

What did one angel say to the other angel? Just wing it!

Sorry, it was the best I could find.

Viking Granny!!!! said...

I think an Angel joke would be like moving my car while I am in Walmart. That happens alot.

Georgia said...

Hey! that happens to me too. So many times I have thought that theives have stolen my car and left the Lexus next to it only to find it across the lot intact with the windows still open.

Do you think that is Angels Eva?

Georgia said...

Come on Josh, you can do better.

Viking Granny!!!! said...

I wonder if the Angels crack up every time I forget where I layed my keys down.

Viking Granny!!!! said...

If I where an Angel, what would I do for fun, as a joke?

Josh said...

I think it's pretty funny how the baby tickers say ONLY so many days left. Jessica's says ONLY 131 days. Shannon made one and it says ONLY 200 something days... like that's an ONLY!

Georgia said...

Maybe angels play basketball and use demons as the ball. Hey, Michael go for the rebound on that lying demon! Watch me do a free throw with a big fat greed demon. Splat! thud! OUCH!

Viking Granny!!!! said...

Maybe they play jokes on them too.

Send them on wild demon trips (wild goose trips)

Josh said...

Yes, I'm sure it gives hope to Jessica, which is great! I was only making light on the fact that 131 days is a long time for just about anything, much less carrying around a baby. = )

jess said...

how bout this: you'll be 30 in 1039 days...

hee hee hee

jess said...

josh, that is

here's a countdown calculator
http://oneeightone.com.au/countdown/

i've been counting to thanksgiving, etc...

jess said...

if i were an angel... hmmm

Josh said...

OUCH!

How about you'll be hurting in 22-24 days cause that's when we'll be in TX!

Josh said...

Cause I don't take kindly to comments like that last one.

jess said...

1,163 days, julie... enjoy em

jess said...

oh man.. guess i have 22 days to try to rustle up some fear

Josh said...

How long till Julie is the BIG 40?

jess said...

i'm hurting in texas now... cause of your mug all over my beautiful blog...

jess said...

julie will be 40 in 4,815 days, josh

jess said...

yeah, what's up with those time zones???

Josharoo is a beautiful person not matter how ugly the things that he says are. Hey Josharoo do you have any cousins, or distant relatives.

kg

jess said...

what gender do you prefer, kg?

Josh said...

I have plenty of cousins and distant relatives, why do you ask?

Josh said...

And Jessica, you need not rustle up fear, but wisdom... wisdom such as that that caused people to evacuate from the hurricanes.

Georgia said...

Where did you get that number Julie?

Josh said...

Yeah, Julie where did you get 28? I was trying to figure that out.

jess said...

IF i were an angel... (and, despite the rumors, i am not)
I would sing a lot more... hallelujah chorusy stuff. and on ocassion I would shine down heavenly light on specific stuff

jess said...

like a parking space, or the right jeans to buy

Josh said...

No kidding that it's just rumors!

jess said...

I just saw the 28, and chalked it up to "another one of those math things that are beyond me"... good enough for me

jess said...

FALLEN angels are much easier to spot... kinda weaselly looking

jess said...

just a random example:
kinda weaselly

Its sort of like uncovering Darth Vader. It takes time and is very mysterious. We may not know the truth for many sequels.

Way off. Seems to me that you have more questions than answers.

Nice try though.

Deduction is an art of reasoning, not a shot in the dark. The first step to reasoning is decifering between what you know to be true and what is assumed.

How about some straight trivia that has a real answer… I heard this on the radio last week:

On average, women have 5 more of these than men, what is it?

(I will give the answer later, unlike Daniel.)

Viking Granny!!!! said...

Good Ideas!

Georgia said...

How about some hints g-ster, like do you have a son named Luke Skywalker?

Anonymous said...

There are lots of things that can be deduced about a person without words. For instance, I never post after 5:00pm. Maybe I work till 5 maybe I am in school until 5; the possibilities are endless. But what you know to be TRUE is that I never post after 5:00pm.

jess said...

time for a new blog, methinks... for the number of comments is pondersome

Georgia said...

So you are probably 28 and work. Since most 28 year olds dont go to school anymore.

jess said...

new blog upstairs, folks...
