Yesterday we went to "run errands", which could really mean anything,
but involves leaving Midway in a car and being gone for some time.
Which is not hard to do since it takes 30 minutes to get to Walmart...
we ate at Fazolis with the lovely and charming Daniel... went to
Walmart to buy a pacifier.... they didn't have the itty bitty ones so
on to Target, where I bought a little one which still gags Tobias....
do I have to go to Babies R Us to get a newborn binky? Maybe so...
And the mall, where we spent pretty much the rest of the tax return...
R1 got a fancy haircut and some hilights and lowlights, which look
great!
And I bought R2 a pair of jeans at Gap.... I always buy everything on
clearance but these had An ADJUSTABLE waist!
Now, most of you have seen R2's pants falling down at church.... he's a
skinny kid. Well, hopefully this solves the problem.
and then it was off to the natural medicine doctor for the clan... and
we got some vitamins and whatnot and I got a chiropractic adjustment
which always scares me... but I feel better.
Today I may not do anything. It's raining on my tin roof, I have a baby
sleeping next to my leg.... life is good.

i think this is some of the former and latter rains...
my pic issues continue...
divorce hearing bout money court?
why?
what is your occupation
I'M A COURT CLERK
DIVORCE HEARINGS -- IF THE COUPLE HAD ANY MONEY OR PROPERTY, AND THEY CAN'T AGREE ON THINGS, THEN THE JUDGE HAS TO DECIDE HOW THE MONEY IS DIVIDED--SPOUSAL SUPPORT, ETC.
BORING....
Beth,
I can see your palm tree. What pic problem are you having?
Terri,
Your sweet little picture dissappeared. Anything by tripod or angelfire disappears after about 30 minutes. They are tricky. You have to check the URL that it does not contain "tripod" or "angel-fire"
court clerk may not be exciting, but i bet the parties involved in the dispute find it extremely important.
how do you blog there?
what mommy-3? you COULD see it?
i thought it had"expired"
who knows this man?
he's a real american hero
jess, u knowem'
i know jess
that" who he looks like, but is a different author
i thought that was ernest hemingway
no, i like being a court clerk, i just don't like hearings about people's money....8)
i blog at the computer in the court room, but i try to keep it limited.

I am eating from the cafeteria today and they have “Texas Bar-B-Q Beef Sandwiches” on the hot line. What do you TX folk think about that being here is WA?
(I didn’t get the B-B-Q)
a chocolate fountain??
forget Radiant!
I have had "Texas" bbq in various states.
it is never never Texas...
it makes me want to swim
Yep, you’re usually doing yourself a favor to steer clear of things like Texas BBQ in Washington or Chicago style pizza in Arizona or Cajun fish fry in North Dakota.
Hello all.
Just wanted to stop in and see everyone. I miss you. Isn't it funny how no matter where you go there are strings that tie you to home? I am in one of the most beautiful places on earth. The snow capped mountains tower on every side. The sun is shining and it looks like a beautiful postcard. I think about all of you and look forward to being home.
It was 9 degrees when I got up this morning. Brrrrrrrrr. I walk mom's dog 4-5 times everyday and I try to hurry her because I am COLD! She is old and doesn't have much hurry left. Sooooo...she walks me.
I am glad for the opportunity to serve Don's mother. She is so sweet and has always been the one that served others. Up until this illness, she had several "elderly" women that she took care of every day.
Josh....you would probably want to wear a belt if you came up here. Might get pneumonia otherwise.
I will try to check back later. I hope you all have a wonderful day and I love you.
Yes, seafood here, yummy yummy seafood. The best I’ve had! And don’t forget Washington Apples. I hear we also have wines we’re known for, vineyards in central WA. Industry wise, known for aerospace (All Boeing’s commercial airline built here), Starbucks and Microsoft. Otherwise, know for awesome scenery and greenery.
May be some other things, I don’t know about.
Also known for the lack of bums, such as the kiing of all bums Daniel M.
KW- You may have just made Shannon your enemy. Here family spent lots of time in OH and love 5 Way Chili, what you call Cincinnati Chili. I actually like it a lot too, her family’s recipe that is. If Shannon goes a while without making it, I’ll hint about wanting it.
Hey fellow Texans-
is this a tornado?
because R2 is watching PBS so I'm not getting weather alerts.
hmmmm
what should I eat now is the only question
Spinach, lots and lots of spinach, dipped in chocolate. . . the sweet and salty taste.
Ow! Took you a while to recover, eh?
Pick you up and BODY SLAM you into Josh
thanks for the suggestion, Josh. When you get back up and read this, the spinach was delicious
those posts were after daniels
I have to go clean now. I'll see how you whupped me when I get back. But remember, I have mace
But I have bad breath!
Breath on Daniel. He falls to all four gasping for air and I say, “A slap to the thy, what kind of sissy boy are you!?” Then I kick him square in the jaw.
wow it's getting really violent in here....
Attack that clam!!
Going home, bye!
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!
going to work!
come to denny's everybody!!
see ya lata!
wow....... i felt really "lost" cause i couldn't get a way to blog in edgewise!!!
it's very difficult being on here, reading all of you guys posts.....and not be able to sock a one-two punch to whomever i please!
hellow everyone!!!
beth do you work TWO jobs???
where's Denney's...
(i don't get out much)
who has the "hasslefreeclipart" that ties up a bunch of time on my computer......downloading??? is that you Beth???
(earlier I was speaking to Clam - who I think is Bethr... am i right?)
Beth - i didn't get to walk today because of the rain.....nor yesterday because i got home too late and had to cook (got to cook) so, I'd better shake a leg to get in shape to walk with you starting in two weeks.......
and......if we're just talking.....
is it just me...... or......
does it reallly bug you when a morning radio announcer tells you...
"be sure to put a coat on the kids because it's gonna be cold out today" or " be sure to send them in a raincoat..."
well, it bugs me right now all the women calling to tell Amanda Carrol how she'll know she's in labor
winter olympics start today
pam and beth walk the track in 2 weeks....
for a news listener (some say"junkie") like myself, I have learned to filter lies, garbage, and fluff or fear.....
did everyone see who reunited...?
Ken&Barbie....there's hope for us all...reconcilliation & unity
I think that Amanda Carrol started out asking for old wives tales that would cause her to go into labor. She is due in 2 weeks and it is a full moon on Sunday. This weekend would be great for her and JULIE both......
Maybe Julie will have little Jenna on Sunday the 12th of February. That sounds like a good day.
:0)
I used to take a little bottle nipple and stuff cotton in it and use that for a binky til my guys were a liitle older.
It was just the right size.
When they got bigger I just let them crawl around the house putting everything in their mouths, that seemed to keep them happy.
Hi katwoman
It's very cold here. About 8 degrees right now. Want to dig dirt?
howdy
Her name is Patricia (Pat). She has served others all her life. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve her. I have been introducing the Lord in our conversations and she seems very receptive. The Lord put some songs on my heart today and I have been singing them and making them my prayer. I believe she is going to get saved tomorrow. I am going to approach her about it. Thank you so much for your prayers.
Hi jess. How are you and your boys doing?
I will be back in a minute.
one of them is delirously happy and the other one has gas.
oh, and the big one is in Michigan
yes, r1 thinks I blog too much... we only have 1 phone line, and he would rather I be cleaning.
BUT since I have to nurse Toby all the time, blogging during that time is ok with him.
He's preaching at a youth conference
he just is really hung up (maybe it's good) on being productive....
yep... if I fold laundry while blogging then I'm good
but he ain't here now, iz he?
Mwuahahaha!
OH that is so funny.... my comment was first- about R1... but it sounds like it was about Jesus!!
well. I'm out. see yall later
mpc
denny's is on the north side of the loop past the kroger parking lot, next door to chilis and holiday inn
it's kind of new--a little less than a year old
yes i work two jobs...i asked the Lord for a second job so that servant # 9876543321? could go to nursing school, and He provided...
pretty awesomely.....
like always......
and when you have yourself in that situation, you're forced to allow God to show Himself true in your life.
so i'm really happy about it...i've been working there (denny's) since april
ok i'm rambling now; it's late; sorry to take up so much space; i'm sure this entry is huge!
heehee
oh but wait....i love it when susan odonnell tells me to take an umbrella for my punkinhead; it makes me feel special....and i like all the raincoat stuff too

thanx for your help with my business cards, I have a student next week
you r a blessing
opportunities to bless & serve presaved family is increasing for us all.
I think that you should get somekind of special reward for all the things that you do in life, such as being lsat and frist and then sleeping.......
Maybe you could find a picture of a candle burning at both ends.
You work so much and you still have a smile on your face. It is so cute that your sweety pie comes up there and does homework so he can be close to his princess.
Ya'll are so cute.
Good Marnin Brether..
HOW are YOU?
Are you still teaching GYM and now you have a side job teaching?
WOW>
God is moving so fast and furious here lately.
I have to have my eyeballs, my heart and my mind wide open so I can get all that He is doing.
It feels like a painful CRASH coarse that I cannot bare, but its not. I can take it or He wouldn't allow it.
But life is changing so fast and this too will change soon so learn and absorb and "get it" so you can move on.
He is so cool!

Yes I have great Peace at my new job
I have so much peace that I have to really pay attention and realize that I am not on a field trip....I am getting paid for this.
It is alot of responsibility and I am learning more everyday.
It could be the most stressful job in America because of all the deadlines on paper work, but other than that.....I love it.
:0)
Good Marnin BoBerry,
I am fantastic!
I am tired of all the lessons that God is teaching me but I am thankful to be HIS.
He is awesome.
The moral of the story for me at this stage in THIS chapter is....
When God tells you to do something, DO IT. No matter what. No matter who tells you not to. Even if another Christian tells you that you must do something else because of faithfulness or other wonderful reasons, the bottom line is, when HE speaks, YOU must OBEY.
NOW. Not later. NOW.
If you let other people convince you that you are being selfish or lazy or not being Godly, and you do what they suggest, and suffer later......who is accountable?
Thats right! ME!
So it is up to me to do what GOD tells me to do WHEN HE tells me to do it.
I mess everything up when I listen to good intending people instead of My DADDY.
Obey. Even when you want to do extra good stuff for the sake of the kingdom, if God has told you to, for instance, adopt one child from Uganda, and you decide to adopt 4.......that is disobediance. That is SIN.
God wants us to be obediant..in all things. He knows what is best and we must trust HIM even when it doesn't make sense.
Especially when it doesn't make sense.
I have spent so much time on the Blog that Enoch must wait for his walk till later after work.
O well,
Ya'll have a great day!
Ya'll have a wonderful day.
I pray that it is a very productive day, but a short one.
I feel the need to rest this bod.
:0)
hello
man, there are so many topics and conversations, it's diff to reply/respond to all.
i HATE it when the radio people remind me what to wear or what to dress my children in...... is it my age??? aren't people who listen to the radio smart enough to look at the temperatures or weather forcast, or stick their head out the front door to see??? i don't know why it bothers me so...
any theories??? i think it's maybe my stage in life.... therefore, why i oft times look for other radio stations to listen to...
lauren, i've enjoyed the music you've played when i've happened upon your 'show'... and your voice.... about V day and singles/widows/etc.....i've always tried to be sensitive......but...
LORD help us all reach out in love to the ones you've brought (and will be bringing) into our lives, not just Valentines Day, but every day of our lives....... remind us and we will be sensitive to Your Voice.....
changing subject - my parents gave me an opal ring for my 16th birthday... over the next year, the opal popped out of the setting several times......til it was finally lost. I bought another opal several years later, and it then was lost. Those stones are soft and fragile, so jewelers aren't willing to tighten the prongs too tightly... anyway, so now, THIRTY YEARS LATER, John took the ring to the jewelers to have ANOTHER opal put in it for my Christmas... well, 6 weeks later, I've finally decided after considering many stones and options, with the jewelers wisdom, to go with a black man-made opal. We'll see what it looks like and hopefully, with wisdom and care, THIS sturdier stone won't pop out and become lost. I won't wear the ring daily.....just at special times..... it wasn't a terrible amount of money, but after 30 years, I wanted that ring fixed that my parents had lovingly taken me to the store to buy...
So, it's a ring from my parents that my husband has made new for me for Christmas 30 years later which I will pick up for Valentines Day...
Jess, did the girls keep you up all night?
Tell em "hi".
(i will probably get a penalty for the "longest blogs ever" )
beth - NO we can't see your pic..... so do something!
terri - we are listening - there were just too many topics and so much later before anyone read, it was hard to reply...we're reading you, we're reading you...and we love you very much......
bee bow - still praying for you...
clam - thanks for sharing about your jobs and life and such... i would like to get to know you better...... i like you..... if your husband needs info about nursing, i'd be happy to talk...
kat - i don't think Jesus would be mad if we blogged and read His word at the same time. He's BIG and WONDERFUL and understands our frame and we can use His Word in our communications one with another...as part of the big plan.... of course, special time with Him alone is crucial, but there is nothing hurtful to Him about reading His words while typing words to friends on here...
vg - glad to hear you're growing and learning and experiencing God's love..... where are you now working???
my new job (one month in) - is going wonderfullllly! and as extra blessing, I get to work side-by-side with Sharon S!!! The only adjustment is the 5:30 clock in time....... but God has given me this new opportunity, so I'll submit to the early hour. And Lord, help me not be grumpy at 8 p.m. toward my family when they're all WIDE awake.....
Ok, that's all for now.
Love you all......
Terri,
Did you sleep through the night last night? If you ever wake up in the middle of the night again, you can pray for me.
good morning everybody!
I'm looking forward to the day that the Lion will lay down with the Lamb.
I guess since Christ is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, and He is also the Lamb of God; the Lion and Lamb coexist in Christ. Now that is harmony.
H.C.,
I'm sorry to have to be the one to let you know, but it is afternoon. Morning is gone.
terri, if you're wondering where jess has gone....... i saw her a couple of hours ago driving out of our neighborhood...... so....... she's oot-n-aboot......
while the cat's away, the mouse will play......
:-)

Hmmm
She is probably seeing if she can actually enjoy the library with 2 kids in tow.
When there is a will there is a way.
it sure is cold outside. lindsey and i went for a walk and liked to have froze when we hit a clearing......
hannah is sickly on the couch......
oh, btw, jess.....
you mentioned that the wind had blown our phones out last Sunday...... well, i found out the true story.....from the phone people on Thurs as they were finishing repairing the damage...
Sunday morning, as I was driving to church, I noticed 4 plain-clothesed men digging out by the phone boxes down at N.Walker and Oakridge. They were digging very hurriedly and did not have SBC or ATT trucks, but all in one truck. Just at that time, I had been calling my grandmother to say good morning and noticed the phone was out of service.... so was appreciative of the service men being there so promptly! Well.... those men were THIEVES!!! Come to find out, they had dug up the pipe or conduits because there is a market for such stuff!!! and thereby left Midway residents such as we, without phone or internet for approximately 48 hours!!!
Next time I'll call the police!
Good Grief. Next thing you know we will have to watch out for people stealing our gravel out of our driveways.
That is so rediculouse Pam
Yea,
We were without water pressure the other day and when I called to find out what happened they told me that during the night someone stripped the wire out of the well house. Go figure.
I didn't think you could get that much money for a few wires.
Gee Whiz, that is so desperate.
