hmm interesting. I know your suppose to have 64 oz of water a day but how much is too much? thats a tough question. If you go by how much your suppose to have
a day = 64 oz
a week = 448 oz
a month(if bein 30 days) = 1920 oz
a year (not a leap year) = 23360 oz of water
Maybe mama is at the birthing center with Georgia.
ya i have heard of it before. but that is a truely interesting question how much is to much. Sometimes if i drink a lot of water i get a tummy ache. that may be a sign that you have had to much water.

Water Poisoning
It’s actually caused by not balancing you electrolytes, by not eating enough salt or salty foods. So it really isn’t so much that it’s too much water.
although it is too much water in comparison to the intake of the salt.. so if you plan on drinking lots of water, have your saltines on hand.. or even better, your tortilla chips with salsa

yum, homemade salsa, that sounds really good. I like some hot, yet not ruin your mouth for the rest of the meal kind of hot. Josh only likes mild.

I’m sure some homemade recipes could out due Pace, just haven’t found any. I like the think and chunky tastiness of it. I’m not into real hot stuff, I’m all about taste. Shannon does like to sweat when she eats her food every now and then.

I'm here for a few minutes. Just finished my water aerobics class. We get in a ten foot pool and we do exercising with water dumbells. It is pretty cool. You come out smelling like chlorine though. It is a pool designed to teach scuba diving, so there are plastic alligators and dolphins and even a loop at the bottom.
Sounds like fun. Be glad ratboy isnt down there ready to attack. lol wouldn't that be a sight!
I think you have insulted both Batboy and Ratking with one blow yesterday, Raina, you called them Ratboy.
Not that they deserve any honors. Sorry lot that they are. I hope Ratking stays in prison. I hope Batboy marries a really mean batsenorita who screams at him all day and makes him fix the wienermobile all the time and calls him WienerMan or something awful.

I keep trying to get Dr Mikey to comment, but he is on his way to a tournament. He would say that he had a good idea who Batboy is though.
I think he means that he thinks Batboy is Matt. Which is really funny, cause I thought Ratking was Matt. I could be that the whole comic book is one guy with an awesome imagination. It is amazing the things he is coming up with. Could it be that Matt is fighting himself? In his own comic book?
