I cleaned out R2 and Toby's room over the weekend... BIG
accomplishment para mi. So Toby has taken one nap in his actual crib
and is actively resisting his second as we speak.

Hey, I saw you and Happy yesterday at church, Servant, I knew it was yall from the pictures, but yall dont know what I look like, so you wouldnt have recognized me. I was only there for about 15 minutes while Alicia was preaching. My cell rang so I had to leave.

I agree with both Daniel & Josh's comments about tithing time.
I think it's dangerous to create time issue for ongoing life since it is not in the Bible.. dangerous to do things not said by God.. could lead to frustration & shame when it doesn't always turn out.. God meant only money to be tithed.. & a heart to hear for the time issue.. & since He didn't mention tithing time in the Bible, I greatly think He wouldn't ever do this. Tithing definition= everyday, week, month plans.. He may have seasons of a type of ministry, yet not tithing it. : )
I've been meaning to mention how greatly happy I am that you are so close to God now! It's quite thrilling to my heart.. happy for you & enjoy being reminded of enthusiasm for Him through your words. : D

i truly don't like jitb tacos...they are truly strange...... but actually i had john buy and bring me some last friday night - what with all the talk..... then, it confirmed to me that they're really not very good...... who evah invented them??? erg...
maybe i'll make some homemade taco meat, and some fixin's and then warm up the meat after church sunday....... and bring my spread out to share at ccpark.....
did you know that once i organized and arranged and served taco dinners for 1,000! people in Hobbs new Mexico??? for a fundraiser??? it was quite a lot of work! That was 2 tacos per person...... refried beans, chips, salsa and spanish rice and drinks for each person x 1,000 persons!!! do you know how much ground meat that is??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
quite the ordeal! i forgot how much $$$$ we made..... and don't ask me to do again soon...
but, i could make enough for 10+ people at the park......sunday..... just taco stuff..... nope, i won't make my refried beans, nor spanishial rice.....

i will not do it in november because i have a sneaking suspicion that there will be a wedding in our household that month.....

I am truly sorry that I didnt see you. I have been accused of being the most unobservant mother around. Which is really wierd for an artist. I DID look for you, but from my vantage in the back on the left side, I didnt see you or Terri. I saw Ernie, but seeing it was only 15 minutes, I guess that would explain it.

***update on amber woods****
meredith's mother, cyndee, is in galveston with her. she did have a bad accident this afternoon. amber was driving with two friends in the vehicle. amber's vehicle caught on fire after the accident, and all three passengers had to be cut out. amber and one of her friends definitely suffered a broken pelvis. the other friend is experiencing internal bleeding, a ruptured spleen, and other unspecified injuries.
please pray. we don't have all the details yet because all three are still being x-rayed to find out the details of their injuries.
i don't think that amber's two friends know the Lord.
amber is already struggling with guilt since she was driving the vehicle.
cyndee is asking for strength.
pray that this points them all to the Lord.
