Now I am the victim of the computer posting in the wrong order. I posted my "is anyone else here?" post about three posts back right before Beth's "we yam" post

This weekend we had a b-day party for Christopher. Because of the rain I had to use my indoor grill. I was able to grill 12 or more hamburgers and 16 hot dogs before we lost electricity.
We are bringing a gas grill for tomorrow night, though. Right?

that happened to us one year with John's 13th....after RG, went home and got the ice cream and cake etc and took it to TBell....went fine; actually easier there (mess-wise)

nO, we have no gas.....
and we had TWO CHRISTMAS TREES WITH MANY MANY MANY LIGHTS on them.......AND Hannah 'beth strung a couple strands of lights outside on the shrubs......... PLUS ... Jeremiah moved back home in December...... so, with FIVE of us in an all electrisical house WE ARE REALLY HAVING TO PAY THE PIPER...
So, now, I'm using the fly-slapper on anyone who leaves a light switch on inadvertently....and, I run and snap the computer off (when I'm not on it)... plus, I've decided to go ahead and NOT attempt to be perfectly comfortable as far as heat or a/c...
you know the weather NEVER makes up its mind.....
Oh, and when Papa JC is not awake.......I sneak over to his side of the bed and TURN OFF HIS ELECTRIC BLANKET!!!

I went swimming at the public pool this morning, it was SOOO nice! It felt so nice to walk around, swim, & stretch feeling weightless!
